Careful Extraction
Grafts are removed one follicular unit at a time with a micro-punch technique designed to keep each follicle intact. Extraction is where many grafts are damaged in standard FUE, so this step is tightly controlled.
Graft Storage
Extracted grafts are kept in chilled HypoThermosol solution, which helps them stay healthy until they are placed. This storage step is one of the main ways the protocol supports strong graft survival.
Recipient Site Creation

Right after extraction, each graft goes into HypoThermosol FRS, a preservation solution first developed for organ transport that keeps cells stable at 2 to 8°C. Grafts are held in chilled trays and timed so none stays out longer than it should. This is a big step up from saline at room temperature.
